Mrs. Dreyzina received her LL.M. in International business law from the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary), her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in International law from the Baku State University (Azerbaijan).
During her studies Ms. Dreyzina successfully participated in reputable international competitions, including the elimination rounds of the 16th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the Shearman & Sterling International rounds of the 2006 Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and the Jean-Pictet Competition on International Humanitarian Law.
Ms. Dreyzina has over 20 years of experience in the Azerbaijani legal services market. Her professional experience includes a legal internship at BP, positions at GRATA Azerbaijan international law firm, and Azerenerji JSC, where she served as Deputy Head of the Investment & Strategy Department and Senior Legal Adviser.
Her practice has focused on contract law, banking and finance transactions, PPP, capital markets, project finance and international arbitration. At Azerenerji JSC, she was responsible for international transactions including cross-border power sales and transit, power plant construction projects, and loan agreements of up to US $500 million.
Mrs. Dreyzina is fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
