THE EXTRACTS FROM THE STATE REGISTRY OF REAL ESTATE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE
On April 16, the State Property Committee held a public presentation on "A new stage in real estate registration: transition to electronic extracts and its features".
From April 18 the process of issuing extracts from will be in electronic form. The main purpose of the amendment to the law was to increase efficiency and optimism in this area, primarily by minimizing citizen-civil service communications in the real estate registration process and by simplifying property registration.
The person who wishes to officially register his / her property will be issued electronic document in 1, 3, 7 and 10 business days in the territorial registry offices of the Committee.
These changes will further strengthen Azerbaijan's position in international financial institutions and organizations, including Doing Business rating.
It was noted that, in general, real estate registration services are electronically streamlined, procedures are simplified, accessibility of services is improved, and citizens' convenience is considered ate the first place.
