ONLINE COMPANY REGISTRATION FOR LEGAL ENTITIES IS NOW EASIER
Now more favorable conditions for online registration of legal entities are available.
Thus, starting from the beginning of the current year it is possible to complete state registration (including VAT registration and bank account opening) in one procedure. The necessity to sign e-application and other procedures previously applied to the registration are eliminated.
As a result, the number of legal entity registration procedures has been reduced from 3 to 1, while the duration is reduced to 20 minutes. The amount of funds and documents to start a business has been reduced to zero.
Within the framework of this procedure, it will automatically provide the employment contract information to the registry of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population and registration of the taxpayer for VAT purposes, it will also make possible the issuance of a duplicate certificate to open a bank account.
This step is a continuation of the recent changes in tax legislation to support entrepreneurship and promotes the further improvement of the business environment in the country. The reform will definitely have a positive impact on the position of our country in the Doing Business reports.
