ELNUR ALIYEV

Professional Experience

Elnur Aliyev graduated from the Azerbaijan University in 2000 with a degree in law. He specializes in civil law and has 17 years of experience as a lawyer. From 2002 to 2012, he worked as a Senior Inspector, Senior Court Supervisor, Senior Executive Officer at Kapaz District Executive Office (currently: Ganja Executive Office) at Ganja City.

Elnur Aliyev also worked at the Azerbaijan Technological University as a Chief Lawyer for the years 2015-2017.

Since 2012, he is a member of the Bar Association.
