“THE KARABAKH REVIVAL FUND” PUBLIC LEGAL ENTITY WILL BE ESTABLISHED
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 4, 2021 (hereinafter "Decree"), the public legal entity “Karabakh Revival Fund” (hereinafter "Fund") will be established to provide the financial support and attract investments to the projects to be implemented with aim of restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, its transformation into a sustainable economic and prosperous region, as well as to ensure the development of public-private partnership in this area and carry out the necessary campaign work inside and outside the country.
The Fund's activities are supervised by the Supervisory Board and the current management functions are performed by a 3-member Management Board.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan will provide the funds required for the organization and maintenance of the Fund's activities in the proejct of the state budget for each year.
